Shipping Policy
We do everything online. After you send in your request form for your design, we will get to work for you. When your product is complete, we send it to you with all rights by your desired means of receiving it. This is usually an email in our experience but we can deliver through multiple platforms. All products are digital and your happiness is our guarantee.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products are sent to you for review with a watermark stamp. If you like our design, we will send you an unmarked copy with all rights. If your unhappy with the design we send, we'll discuss more of what you're looking for and get back to work to get your design to you as quickly as possible. Once a product is chosen and payment is made, all sells are final. Your happiness is our guarantee and we look forward to being a part of your project.
